Wow sorry to hear that, I have a problem with my drivers side window it sounds like draft coming in but i feel no air. They have tried twice still same result. first time they told me couldnt reproduce problem, second time thet adjusted door and problem still exist. I bought the truck new and have this problem so I will try again on my next oil change. I had 45 miles when i noticed this problem I now have 7000 miles on it. By the way how do you like your K&N 63 series? I just ordered 1. Do you have pics after install?
