Chrysler Customer Service Sucks!
Well as some of you already know, I've had problems with my truck from day one. The first day I bought it I had to take it back the next day for warranty repairs, had an electrical problem. Last week it went back again and it has been there for over 7 days already. The dealership gave me a POS Chevy cobalt rental with no power options. The dealership still doesn't know whats wrong with the truck and don't know when I will get it back. Even if they do fix it, the truck will never feel the same again. When I went to get my things from it, the entire interior was taken apart. Today I called Chrysler's customer service line, and I told them my problems and I wanted to know what they do for their customers with these problems. Well, the rep had no idea what to say and had somewhat of an attitude problem. She told me she would get back to me today or tomorrow.
I love the truck, but this is my last Chrysler product. Not because of the truck itself, but the people behind the name Chrysler.

man that sucks about your truck. How long have you had it? If not long could they bring in a truck that is same everything as yours and you take that? Or is that wishful thinking?
demand anothert truck or have them buy it back. you shouldve done that day 1. problem on day 1 = take it back for a full refund and find another truck and use that excuse to lower the price.
Well on day one when I took it in they changed the fuse and that was that. I didn't know how big the problem really was until about a week later when I started having problems with my lights and then about 2 weeks later the fuse going out again.
Well, I hate to see things like this happen but maybe check this out...

I called, my truck needs to be at the shop for 30 days or have taken it in for the same thing 4 times. It's already been 2 times I took it in and a total of 10 days.
recommend that you go on your states website .gov or whatever,
search lemon law and read the fine print.
there are alot of if's or's and and's that need to be understood
be sure that you get a svc slip for each visit to dealer, make sure the dates and
all the other info is correct.
sounds like a real pita, hope it turns out well for you
also, doesn't hurt to ask the chrysler rep the possiblity of a buyback
