Maybe Im asking the wrong crowd. My bro-in-law just bought a 300 with a hemi. He was asking if he races should he turn off the traction control.

You can't turn it off without some modifications (not a difficult job). All you can do with the factory settings is reduce the effect. If you wanna light 'em up, there is a fairly simple way to completely defeat the TC. And it WILL light 'em up with the TC completely disabled. Almost any 300 forum site will have the instructions and parts list.

 

The tires are awesome. Maybe I should of just gotten them bigger, but they can takes some punishment. I mean I love the tires, just wish they were bigger.
