Default Does Your Torque Converter Make a Wailing Noise?

When Im cruising between 35-45 and the converter goes into full lock (rpms are 1300-1700 depending on speed), the truck starts to make a wailing noise. Its not loud but it can be heard over the radio.

I test drove some other ones and they dont do it.The dealer acknowledges the sound but says its normal. From what I have read, the whining is caused by a misaligned torgue converter install. Its not uncommon and it is fixable.

07 QC Hemi 2wd

Also, the truck makes a ringing noise at 45mph, 62mph, and 70 mph (in or out of gear)which I figure is the differential. I'd like to get this fixed too.

My truck makes a noise around those speeds but only if I have my foot on the gas or the cruise set.

Sounds more like the exhaust system.

I don't think Wailing is the proper term for that. Wailing is literally pounding away at something or screaming super loud! You would not barely hear a wailing sound. Maybe whining or scuffing or howling? It's very hard to diagnose based on sounds that are interpreted diff from one another.
