Default my k&n is now installed.

I finally got my K&N intake installed yesterday. Sounds very good and I highly recommend one although it seems like its louder than it should be. Exhaust is next.

i did mine on my dakota, 63 series also. one thing i did was relocate the iat sensor farther down the tube and got it away from the engine heat

Got one in mine also. You'll get used to the noise. Others won't.

Give extra space between you and the car you are passing when you kick it as they tend tojerk into your lane while thinking, "WTF!!".

Yours really threw me for a loop when I saw the pics and said they did not look anything line the 63 series in my truck. Now I see the text and it said Dakota.
