Well, at least it is going to go back down, it'll be nice to see $2.80's again. Damn, I remember when I was freakin out about gas prices being at $1.84 (yes that's a one in front) around winter of 04. I thought that was ridiculous, and here I am now praying for gas to be 2.80's again. High gas prices are the reason of my cut down in drinking and buying alcohol ...i only go out once every 2 weeks now

It's gotten to the point where I don't even look at the gas prices anymore. I just drive the absolute minimum possible; from home to work and work back to home. Usually I can go two weeks between fill ups. And I know those are always around 70-80 dollars.

Not going down here either, we just took about a 20 cents hike here in WI as well from $3.0? to 3.25/gal.

My wallet is screaming for mercy, isn't it time we start allowing more refinerys to be built, and drilling for our own oil rather than waiting for someone half a world away to deceided that he has punished us enough, opec is cutting production back, that is making an already bad situation worse.

I go through a tank and a half a week. Prices are killing me! That is just going to work and back and going to church. So I am pretty much and bare minimum driving.
