I think that's correct for pre-2008, but for the 2008 HEMI it's Mobil 1 M1-210, and K&N HP-2010.

Speaking of filters...crappiest location on the hemifor an oil filter ever!! I changed my oil today and over half the time was just clean up.

Digging up an extremely old thread but I wanted to pose the following question:

The M090 is rather short and access to it is a bit tight. I'd like to know if there is a "taller" filter that will fit the mount. Does anyone know of a filter part number that will work?

I just put a K&N HP3001 on my Chrysler. It's a bit taller but that was not an issue on the Chrysler. I'll be ordering one or two more (<$10 from Amazon). The clearance on the Ram is a bit less, but I think it'll fit. I won't know for sure 'til spring. The Chrysler took the full seven quarts due to the larger filter.

Thanks for that info, Mike. I'll take some measurements and compare next time I'm at the FLAPS. Then, I can cross-ref the K&N with other manufacture's part numbers.
