I talked to Dodge, labor is only 3 hours. Waiting on a call back to tell me how much the part is gonna be.

Replace the air dam too. It is not just cosmetic. In your case it provides proper airflow not only through the radiator but the intercooler as well.

eh just clicked on the first link google came with, he's a big boy he can look for it, don't know why you'd waste your money going through the dealership for that and buying the part from them.

$$$. A brand new replacement is around 650. Labor cost is 294 for just the intercooler. The Air Dam is simple to put on. I also need a new schroud, that cracked. I have full coverage insurance. I am just gonna tell my insurance there was something in the road and I didnt see it. I have a $500 deductable so I still have to fork out some money. My truck won't see mud again until I get my lift put on, bigger tires that have some off road traction, and a bull bar.

I took the airdam of and my truck runs cooler. and looks better.
