Tires, 33.00 x 12.50-17
Anyone running this size tire without a lift or without a leveling kit?
From what I hear a 305/65/17 will run fine, which is just a little smaller. About .5" in diameter and about .5" width smaller. But if I can move to a 33x12.5x17 I have a lot more tire options.
I was going to do a lift, but in the end being able to get in the garage at home and at the airport won. Next truck.

I ran Mickey Thompson MTX 33x12.5x17 on mine from the time it was a month old til I put the lift on at 29k miles. No problems, clear easily, even when pushing it off-road...
Here is a pic, stock height with the 33's:

Lance, I Don't See A Problem With That - I Was Running 325/60R18's With A Mere Crank on The Torsion Bars - Still Fit In Any Standard Garage Door Opening and Had No Rubbing Issues.
Even With My 285/75R18's I Still Have Yet To Find A Clearance Issue On Any Garage Door.
Hope That Helps.

Hell, I did not realize our stock 20" rubber is about 33" tall already, measured them today, then compared them on summitracing.com (they have nice stats on tires in terms of size).
I will be going with Firestones or the Coopers, the Coopers look better, but the cost will be the deciding factor. I am sure the Coopers are more, which I will pay more, just not a lot more.

The Cooper's are not an expensive tire, most of the all-terrains and muds out there are all more expensive than the Cooper's! Check out the price of a BFG All-Terrain or a Toyo Open Country Mud or a Micky Thompson or Dick Cepek or even a Goodyear Wrangler ATS. Even the Nitto's are more than the Cooper's, so if you do get the Cooper's you didn't spend an arm or a leg by any stretch of the imagination.
