Put a industrial version of the filtermag on our 08' PowerWagon when new. Changed the oil at 1000mi but had to reuse the filter as no one had one and dealer was closed. Changed it again today at 2500mi and put on new filter and cut the old one open to see if it really worked. I was very skeptical- but not anymore. I was amazed at the amount of fine metal stuck to the inside of filter skin where the magnet was and also in the filter media by the magnet. I rate it a 10 out of 10. FYI. The rest of it just had oil on it- no film or dirt whatsoever.
