Not too long ago there was talk of someone making a DIY for installing a push button stop. Just wondering if anyone is going to start one up. I'm really interested in doing this for my truck.

 

yeah...i have one wrote up at home and it's saved to my comp there...still gotta get a few pics and then i'll be e-mailing it to Lance to have him add it to the list of DIY's...been pretty busy with work so haven't had much time to get around to it, and when i do have time i forget about doing it lol....i'll get to it hopefully this week....if you want, i can e-mail you what i have done so then you kinda have something to go by

 

^^ would it effect an aftermarket remote start? that push button start seems like a fun project.

 

Wont affect remote start and its so simple to do on a 02-05 truck.

 

sweet. so, i assume juast as easy for an 06?

 

06's and up are harder. Have not had a chance to try it on mine.
