Default RAM 1500 or RAM Decal

Hey guys I have a 2007 and I like the RAM 1500 on the doors, but when I saw an 08 RAM with the RAM only decal on the doors I like it even better. Should I leave it as RAM 1500 or change it to the RAM only decal. I know I can order the decal at the dealership, but how do you remove the old badge and add a new one. Thanks..!

There arepeople on here that has de badged their ride and it looks great. It takes a little work to take it off, some have used fishing line in a saw like fashion and used goo gone and also may need to buff it out a little. What ever works!

I took all mine off. I used a 3m eraser wheel on a drill after fishing line to saw though the sticky stuff. They have the RAM on Ebay.

I would either

1. Leave it as is
2. Remove them all

I like mine on my Hemi, think the chrome emblems look good on the Silver. But then again it makes cleaning a pain. If I have to put on wheel flares with my new tires/wheels, this means I will be forced to take the Hemi emblem off, which means I would probably pull the door emblems off as well.

Comparison

to me, a quad cab looks better debadged. a reg cab looks better with the badges on.now the new RAM badge, they look kool, but i just think that dodge shouldve kept 1500, 2500, and 3500 on them too with the same new lettering (well, numbering) to match the '08 RAM. id rather have the '06-'07 badging over any of the older and post-07 badging.

I replaced the BIG HORN emblem on my 2007 with the jumping ram from the 2008. It looks great. It was very easy. I used an old NRA membership card and goo gop to get it off. It just took some elbow grease. I am thinking about replacing the Ram 1500 with the new RAM......
