Leveling kit problem...tires dont fit!!
you really need to talk to romeosoldier. im not positive, but i think he was actually able to put 36's on his truck with a leveling kit. i know he has a 3" body lift now, but i think at first he just crammed in 36's with his leveling kit on the stock 20's. the way he got away with this was that he used 1.25" wheel spacers that go in between your hub and the rim. view his threads. theres even a pic of it.
35's WILL fit with just a leveling kit IF AND ONLY IF wheels with the proper offset & backspacing are used. I helped a buddy with an '05 simply crank the torsion bars and we fit 35's with no rubbing or clearance issues at all. So I know they will fit a level kit lifted front end.
The tires we used were Dick Cepek's with almost the identical specs as my Mickey Thompson Classic II's. Although I wouldn't say they cleared by enough to do any serious off-roading, they never the less cleared well enough for his purposes.
Backspacing is 4.53" and the offset is -12mm. My guess is the wheels you chose are not even close to these specs...

How Wide Are They? I Pushed The Limit In My Last Tire Selection On What Should Fit.. I Proved That The Width Is More of The Issue Than The Heighth (In Rational Therory).
I Am Clearing 35's Right Now With My Keys, and I Cleared Them Before The Lift Also.

The rims are 20X10 with 4.5 backspacing and -24MM offset. The stocks were 20X9, so mabye because the rims are wider? The tires are 12.5 wide and, just Barley hit, I put on the leveling kit and cranked the keys as far as they would go, and still no fit. Have people been cutting the inside part of the wheelwell? Right now if I put the tire on, it hits, barley, but If I were to hit a bump while turning it would defintly hit hard...are is the width the problem of the wheels then?

IMO - With Your 12.5's Thats Your Issue. Even Though Your At 4.5 BS - That Additional 10" Width Kicks The Wheel Out An Inch More Than A 9" Would..
You have Two Things Working Against Your Width Fitment.. Your 10" Wheel Width & Your 12.5" Tire. The 35" Tall Is Not Your Issue Here.
I Just Went Through All That.

I beleive the stock offset on a 20x9 wheel is 0. So a 20x9 with a -12 only is pushing it out a half an inch which you usually can get away with on a leveled Ram. A 20x10 is a little tougher to fit. With a 20x10 with a -24 offset you are an inch and half further to the outside than a stock 20x9 with 0 offset. The 20x9 with -12 would be the safer bet, or put the tires on your stock wheels. Or do the body lift and then everything works.
Agreed, the extra width is the issue here. I've not seen anyone have a clearance issue with 9 inch wide wheels if the tire width is 12.5" or less. Add in that extra bit of offset to those 10's and it IS more like an inch and a half. That's a lot extra to have to clear.
If you plan on going off road, you are better off getting that body lift, because even with the best wheel combo, 35's fit, but it's close and all the flexing off pavement would cause issues. If off-roading is not an issue then you could get 9 inch wheels or simply do a little trimming to get them to go...

I have to sort of worder why there is a difference from side to side (you would think it'd be the same), but these guys are right your rims are the reason you rub. I run a 17x9 rim in place of my stock 20's with 35's and don't seem to have any issues i too have added the leaf in the rear and the pushed the keys up.
