Window Tint Shop Dinged My Truck, What to Do?
CMA,
If the punks won't do anything and you're afraid of retaliation, you might as well drop it. No sense in them coming over some night and you finding your truck keyed or worse. With all the **** cars they showed you, it sounds like they have their own 'buddies' to help them out.
Sorry to hear that about your truck.

If its that bad you can check with your insurance and might be able to claim it under uninsured motorist. Ive done it after I got hit in the parking lot (not bad) while i was in the store. They fixed it with no money out of my pocket. Sorry to hear about that though. I agree with VA4MEDS though. They have your info might do something else.
Cancel the payment on your tint. How did you pay for it? Also, like you said if you really want to stick it to them, take them to small claims. They will hate the fact that they wont beat their shop. Best of luck
when i have any service done i make them do an inspection of the vehicle before i leave it with them....its a good practice and it covers ur ***.....otherwise if its a dent go to your arts and crafts store get a hot glue gun with black hot glue (make sure its black)....put some glue on the dent and put someting in the glue that you can pull with your hands......let it dry and pull the dent out....its a good investment anyways u never know when some democrat is gonna hit your door with a prius
good luck man
good luck man
CMA,
sorry man it sounds like a bitch. This comes around to a post (ism) that has gone around recently in different posts. Do not leave your truck with someone when you don't have to. IF it took 45 minutes to tint your windows and about the same amount of time to get a ride to and from the tinter that just cost you a dented door.
I would do what the DFers stated above. The bigger the firm the more they will want a satisfired customer. By the way; How did you pay for the tint? If it was with a credit card call them and ask them if you have any recourse due to damage performed while conducting business? They may issue a stop payment.
Good LUCK!
Sorry hemichief: The computer was working real slow so I just jumped to the end. What he said.
