i have the blend door issue on my 03 qc, it blows cold when set to cold, and hot when set to hot, it just dosn't blow out the vents and you can hear the door flaping around if you change the the settig(defroster, head, head&feet, feet). You can hear the fan blowing, but nothing comes out. I havn't had it done cause of the cost, and from what i have herd, they havn't made a mod to the door, so i see no point in fixing somthing that will break again. I know my dad's friend has a 03 or 04 qc 2500 with the dual climate zones and he has the same problem.

Problem here as well. I have little heat coming out at the footwell areaand a sauna out the defroster vent. Just started this winter. Seems that the defroster door is not closing all the way?

Yea i know its usually an issue with the dual zone CC... but what about trucks like mine that are just the regular setup. I know people with Grand Cherokees were ok as long as they didnt get the Overland or models with dual zone. Does the same apply for an 03 Ram?

My 05 Ram 1500 4.7 has had the AC defroster door replaced twice within a month. Was covered under warranty both times but if you had to pay out of pocket about $360.00 (mostly labor, parts less than $50).

they used to build computer out of vaccum lines now they cant even build a frickin HVAC setup. ]

i heard that the blower moter uses a certain ohm's and if it doesnt meet that req, theres not enough forse in the vaccum lines which kinda makes sense i guess.
