Radio ate my....
I have used needle nose pliers to get a cd back out....but the player was starting to eject it and then died so while i couldnt see the cd i could hear the motor on for a second so I knew the cd wasnt fully seated. You could try it but be careful. it sucks but its time to get a new head unit
to remove the CD insert a credit card, or a drivers license. Insert it into the CD tray about halfway and try to wedge it down under the CD. Then press the eject button it should force the CD to come upwards what can happen with slot loading trays is that the gear does'nt force the CD upward all they way hence getting stuck.
hope this helps

i had that problem with my stock radio only with cassettes not CDs (I know ... don't go there, lol). I would have to pull the fuse to the radio, wait about a minute or so and then plug it back in. For some reason that would force it to eject. Hope this helps .. .post results.
If you're still under warranty, go to the dealer and get a new player under warranty.
Of course, you could just buy a new head unit. the factory one sucks--regardless of which system came with the truck.
