truck is vibrating

so when i hit the breaks hard when im goin over 60mph my steering wheel moves left to right very fast and then the whole truck shakes what could that be?? i only have 13000 miles on the truck

Sounds to me like a brake caliber is grabbing or one not working properly and possibly a warped rotor. Get those brakes checked!

Man, I have the exact same problem with mine. Only happens at highway speeds.I am pretty sure that the rotor is not warped, I have had that on other trucks and you can feel it when you brake lightly at any speed not just highway speeds. Could be a bad caliper or something in the ABS or something. Only prob is my warranty just ran out so what ever it is I gotta pay. Definitly take it in and start the paper trail now before yours runs out. If you have already had it addressed let me know what they said. If I can avoid costly repairs that would be tremendous.

Dodge has a TSB about the lower control arm bushings, might take it to the dealer and make sure you are not retarted.
