Default F**K caliper bolts

Anybody else have this problem...The caliper bolts that hold the caliper to the rest of the truck, seem to keep on disappearing. Its the second time this happened, first it was the back. I lost one of the two on boths sides. And there expensive as hell to replace, I lok tite and torque the hell out of those things. They still manage to wiggle loose, especially cuz I found I just one in the front.

Never heard of that...................???
Downright dangerous!!!
Don't know if there's room to fit some anti-shake washers behind them as well as the Lok-Tite???
Is that a bad thing to do?
Will fitting these cause another problem?

WOW---wtf!!!!!

Never heard of that

It might be a good idea to report to Dodge, and file a complaint with the NTSA.

Are you replacing the lost ones with OEM replacement bolts???

in the service manual for the brakes, they take the calliper off the calliper adapter, leaving those pricey bolts in place, this might be why. I used to do my brake service on my cars by removing the calliper too, I wont be doing it like that on my Ram. I lost a bolt on a saturn like this, one bolt was like $18 and it had to be ORDERED form Saturn, meaning no car for 3 days. The ones that hold the calliper together are like $2 for a set of two from the local parts shop.
