For all of you 4x4 guys if you have a strange noise that sounds like a chain dragging underneath your truck be sure to check your front driveshaft. The front drive shaft has a CV joint on it just like the front axleshafts do and with your lift it puts this joint at a weird angle and rips the boot of of the joint. it then prematurley wears the joint out causing it to have a rattling noise when driving!

 

good post man i was wondering about that if i get a lift kit but i would not want a leveling kit since mines a work truck u know
