I had one of those subs in my old chevy those knock hard. Are you running stock door speakers?

just one question... what is the dimentions on that box? i have a pair of 12" JL w2's sitting in seperate boxes. im looking to get them into a single, ported box.

 

Congrats on getting your truck back up and running. What are you going after the dealer for? Just parts? it looks like your uncle put a boatload of time into this. I would ask if they have email and send them these photos - they can not be disputed.

I believe they are, but they actually sound pretty good and have a little bass themselves. The previous owner might have put different ones in, I havent looked.

 

I cant remember but I will measure tonight for ya.

 

The factory speakers in my 07 are already starting to go out. Guess it gives me a reason to put somethig better in there.

 

I want them to reimburse me the money!! I was told by mechanics and another dealership that they HAD to of cleared the code and did something to it so that it would be a while before it gave me any problems. It started messing up a few weeks after I got it and I didnt realize it was something major, I added coolant and went on my way..

Those ******** knew it was f***ed up and they sold it anyways. Even though, the problemcost me $700 to fix and not several thousand,I wasnt able to drive my brand new truck for 2 weeks.


Oh yea and I love my job!

 

He's probably busy doing his 1,500 mile throttle body cleaning or every 10,000 mile plug change.
Dont remember what the other overkill maint items were.
Or he's getting your face air brushed on his hood. Haha.
