i have a 3.7...

and...we are all going to track on the 19th. i've got a few bolt ons, and 4.56 gears as of tomorrow. what do you think my quarter will be?

i have NO idea what to expect. 18 a realistic goal? crappy...but, realistic? 16? hell, i don't know.

all i know is that my truck's 1/4 mile before these gears was approximately 58920374 seconds =)

Which decal? Make sure you add a racing stripe!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would let your new gears get wet for a few days before id push em.

No clue man, I have the 4.7 with 3.92s and I wouldn't expect much, a few times a week I push it from standing still to 6500 rpms, it has a great winding sound.

 

what would an 07 qc with the 4.7 run bone stock? i wanted to run it down the track but opened my mouth in front of the wife and i thought monkeys were gonna fly out of her ***!!!! i know not to expect stellar times but curiosity is eating me alive.

 

That decal will put you over the edge. You're looking at the low 9's if it's the right decal.

haha +1...decals bring a lot of hp to the wheels...I have 4 on my truck and I think i got like 60 hp gains from them...and to be honest, with the mods ive done to my truck, I did run a 17.54 1/4 mile....got lucky
