Has anyone lifted an 06 or 07 ram 1500 with the shift on demand t-case? the one with 2wd, auto, 4wd lock,and 4wd low on the ****. my local off road shop is telling me it can't be done, was just wondering if anyone has done it or not. they are saying that there is an issue with the auto 4wd.

 

Every suspension lift kit I've seen (at least for the '02-'05 Rams) state that they will not work with the "auto" 4wd models. I'm afraid it may also hold true for the '06+ Rams as well. If not mistaken I believe it's also an issue with body lift kits as well.
I had a hell of a time finding a truck with the "Laramie" package with leather seats in '04 when I bought mine without the auto feature. Went to 4 dealerships, finally my local dealer had to bring one in for me from across the state...

 

okay, i was hoping someone might have tried it to see. hopefully they come out with a kit that will work with the auto t case. thanks
