anyone have a suggestion it just started jumping around at idle and has always lacked power, i run mid grage gay, thanks all. Russ.

 

When was the last time you changed the spark plugs?

 

Mine did the stalling thing when I put it reverse a couple times, but never ran rough. I put the programmer on it and it has never happened again. I am not positive if it did it up to the programmer being installed or not. It has never lacked in power though.

 

If it's up to date tune up wise (1st place to check) then I'd suggest you clean the Throttle Body. It's very common to have a clogged/dirty TB cause an unsteady idle an sluggish performance...
