Default Slow leak 4.7L

Hey guys/gals.... Ive had my truck for 3 years now, 2002 rcsb 4.7 with 160000KMS on her... I do all the service to her, I use mobil with a K&N filter... usually change it around 7000 or 8000KMS... I just noticed today some sweating at the front crank seal[:@] Now ive only lost about a litre between oil changes. Ive heard some ppl say that full synthetic gets into places that conventional doesnt, my question is do you guys think it will help the sweating/leak if i go back to conventional??

yeah just threw in a new seal...not sure if the seal is availabe by it's self but here's the part number for the lower gasket kit: 5135796AA

that'll give ya both main seal, oil pan gasket, water pump, oil pickup tube seal and a few others....can't remember off the top of my head what the labor times are for doin it though
