Default Two quickies.....

...... Need to replace the tires, stockers are 265/70/17s. Did a level/lift kit last year and wouldn't hurt to go up in size. Was looking at Firestone Destination 285/70/17. Here's the first ?, I can get a pair of Destination 265/70/17s local for $400. They've got about 500 miles on them, have my shop mount them for another $60ish.... around $500 total. Now the 285s are going to be $650 mounted. Am I going to notice the size difference ehough to make the extra $$ worth it?

The 285 will lift your truck 1/2". Maybe a pinch less. I'd say stick with the 265s.
