My PML cover also holds about four quarts.I put it on two weekends ago, since it was time for a fluid change anywho. No leaks at all. First trip since I bought the truck starts tomorrow.

 

I am using the PML fully polished cover which I actually liked better than the one you have shown although it is nice too; as for benefits it is much easier to service, looks better than stock, more cooling and holds more of the Royal Purple differential fluid which I have had good performance and no failures so far***

 

the O-ring seals perfectly...haven't had any issues with mine seeping anywhere....let it sit all winter and drove it one day a couple weeks ago and didn't have any issues

 

Naaa .. Manufacturer is responsible for proving that an aftermarket part caused a problem ... this aftermarket part or any other wont void the warranty unless it can be proven its causing an issue.

I looked through my old threads ... got tired of looking .. there is a Federal act out there in the 3rd gen forums ....
