Depends on what you want. Are you looking to make more power or just simply want nice sound?
Personally, i ran with a magnaflow 3 inch in dual 2.5 inch out on my rig. She will breathe a bit better but i did it more for sound than anything.

Needless to say, its gonna cost you in that case. All i have read and all i know says headers, keep the cats, andH muffler. I dont know what muffler to suggest as to the sound you want. From what ive seen on the market before i did mine, you could be looking at over a 1000.00 bucks easy.

First question. How much do you want to spend?...if you have about $1,000 to spend you can get the pacesetter longtube for $445 from www.airram.com.Then get 2 magnaflow high flow cats, and since you want loud I would suggest the aero-turbine mufflers; the A-T is kinda expensive but they sound bada$$. If you have a exhaust shop close by you can install the headers yourself, then just drive the truck to the shop and have them run the true duals. You will also have to decide what size pipe you want; 2 1/2" is a good size, 3" would be good also and be a little louder than the 2 1/2"..now that I think about it, if you live in a state that dosn't do visual emission inspection you wont need the cats.

here is a link for cats(if you need them), the ones that have the bung in are great for the rear o2

link for the aero-turbine, cheapest price that I have seen for them

It will throw codes. Also, pretty much all long tubes are going to throw codes weather you have the cats on or not; but there is a well known trick that will keep the codes from coming up and only costs about $10
