One of my co-workers has a 2002 quad cab, 4.7 auto ram. Tryin to figure out whats going on with the headlihts. When you turn them on only the drivers side low comes on, when you switch on the highs only the passenger side high comes on. The dash says that there is a lam out, i switched sieds with the bulbs and nothing changed. I checked the harness/plug and no loose wires and corresion on the terminals. Any help would be great, thanks

 

bad bulbs usually u have to replace both to keep them the same at thats the case on my truck

 

Both bulbs are in good condition, no change though when i changed sides

 

Anyone else have any ideas with this little quirck

 

What do you want me to say, i did log onto here just to try and get answer to this problem. Any one have a wiring diagram avaible on these trucks that i can look at. Thanks for any help

 

It has to be something worng with the light bulbs dude... The low beams and high beams are on the same bulb so i would think its the bulbs..where did you get them?
