Default Off Road in you Ram

I know alot of people here have done some sort of lift and bigger tires to their ram. But I want to know who actually goes off roading in their truck? I am not talking about an occasional dirt road, I am talking real off roading. Mud, water, steep inclines, suspension flex, whatever.

Or is your truck a street queen and the lift and tires is just for looks?

If you do actually take your truck off road, where do you go? I like mud, but I hate the clean up, so I keep that on the occasional side, unless it is shallow. I mostly wheel sand when I am home is Az. Here in Texas, mud is pretty much all there is.

I've had my truck a little over a month now and all the off roading I've done is a gravel drive way.

Im in east tx, what part are you in?

I go 4 or 5 times a month. My friend has landwitha river on one side, and it floods a lotwhen it rains. Theres a few steep hills and a lot of mud holes about 1-2 foot deep. I also do a lot of fishing in private ponds and lakes that takes a 4wd to get there.

Im in Nacogdoches, about 4 hours east of you. i dont like that area either. I've only been there a couple of times, but that was enough.

I agree.

Theres nothing wrong with having some fun in a 2wd. I spend most of my time in 2wd even when im in the mud. I just like having the 4wd in case i get somewhere that the 2wd cant handle.
