BDS vs. FabTech
True, true. I think BDS is expensive too, though, isn't it? I'm guessing the BDS kit with rear leaf springs is comparable in price with the Fabtech coil system.

hammer seems to love his rancho andmy ford f-350 has rancho on it and it rides great. and their very reputable...i dont think you can go wrong with them. my buddy has an 06 2500 with the fabtech 4". says he wont choose another lift other than fabtech

Just to fill the wheel well more and add another inch. I forgot to point out, something I am not too keen on is that the front of the truck is now higher than the rear. Almost opposite the way they come stock.

I wonder if all the Fabtech kits leave the front higher than the rear. I'm going to GA. for a week or so and plan on having a get together with some buddies I've not seen. A couple have Fabtech's, so I'll check their lifts out closely. One guy I plan to see has aFabtech lifts on a '05 Dodge. You could always opt for bigger blocks in the rear.
I know with the Rancho kit, when I was done, you could park on level ground an lay a level on the bed rail and it was damn near perfectly level...
