A quick question..... I own a 2003 Dodge Ram Quad. The drivers door squeeks when I open and close it.I have not looked at the passenger door, but imagine the same condition exists. From a search of this forum, I learned there is a Technical Service Bulletin for the 2004's (not sure if one exists for 2003). My neighbor has a 2005 Dodge Ram Quad. I looked at his door seal and noticed that the seal is formed differently at the pinch point which eliminates the rubbing. My question to fix this problem is....Can I purchase and install a 2005 door seal seals on my 2003 to permanently fix this problem? Will there be other fitment problems? Thanks for you help.

 

That seal you see on the 05 applies to 03 as well. I had the old style on my 05 and had them replaced under warranty with the new style, also had them replaced on my 04 SRT under warranty.

 

Thanks. I still have warranty from dealer that I purchased from (30 day, 3000 mile). I'll get them to change it to the new style.
