Stroker kit sounds good, but I will have to wait on it. Money would be too tight. As for lowering, raising, or leveling.... one of the things I love about this truck is the aggressive stance.
thehemiman12345, why not the stripes? I have an idea on how I want them done which will set my truck apart even more.... but I won't go into it until I am ready to try it.
red06Ram, I should have everything done within 6 months. It will all depend on how much OT I put in at work, I may get it done in just 2-3 months.....
Anyone have any suggestions on dual exhaust? I am looking for on a budget, great sound, some gains..... $300-500 would be what I had in mind.

Ordered the raptor black 4" nerf bars..... should be in next week.
Exhaust.... hmmm I was leaning towards a flowmaster american thunder.... after looking around and reading reviews. They aren't quite what I had in mind but everyone seems to be pleased with them. Anyone here have experience with them? http://www.autoanything.com/exhausts...0A2568304.aspx

Well I got the 12" and amp installed. I have to say the sub box is NOT what I was expecting.... I may get a fiberglass one custom made. Not sure yet. I am looking at some hydrographics for my dash. Phoenix Imaging in Tyler looks like they might work.
Superchips? Any brand or model suggestions for my truck?
I'm still not sure about the exhaust issue. I have more research to do on that one....

I personally ran with a magnaflow 3 inch in dual 2.5 inch out on mine. Its a bit louder than i wanted and thought about changing it to a flowmaster 50 series. I got the muffler off ebay for 95 bucks shipped and the rest of the pipe work cost 250. I guess it really depends on what you want from it. Power? Sound? I really wanted mainly the sound myself. Good luck getting her setup and figuring out what ya want.
Thanks, I am thinking a magnaflow y crossover afterthe catwith 2 flowmaster super 44's for my exhaust but I will need to look underneath to make sure it will work right.I hope the stock cat can handle all of that. My truck has 116K miles on it so the cat hasn't had TOO much exhaust run through it. Should I set up the split pre-cat and have 2 aftermarket cats on it too? It will add more money and I would really like to keep the cost down. I live in Dallas and they do the emissions testing here.
My nerf bars came in last night. When I get off work in a few hours I will be mounting them. I will be sure to take before and after pics........

I am looking at a soft tonneau, but haven't decided on one yet. I don't want the whole covered wagon look you get with most of them. I don't want snaps that will rust in a few months or so. So I am seriously thinking about the Truxport. I am just not sure the velcro will hold up. Anyone using one of these? I can't seem to find a decent review unless it's by someone who just bought it.
Got my warranty last night. Warranties Direct is great. I honestly didn't think I would be able to get one for a vehicle with 100+K miles on it. And here I am with a 5 year, 100K warranty that covers most of my engine and my tranny. Talk about a happy SOB.

Well, here I am a week later and my nerf bars are still sitting in my Apt. Would you beleive I am going to pay someone to install them??? How lame is THAT! Honestly I tried like a sob but couldn't remove the body mount bolts to install them. So I started asking around and the mechanics are all trying to pull a fast one on me. $170-215 just to mount the nerf bars? YEAH RIGHT! I almost keeled over laughing.
On the exhaust..... I want true duals.... but I think not. I love the deep rumble of flowmasters but the gains are pretty small. Anyone with some advice on a single in dual out muffler that won't break the bank, gives decent gains, and has a nice deep rumble (not necessarily loud but my truck almost sounds like a v6 right now and that just won't do).
Truxport here I come.
And lastly, a question on spray on bed liners. I don't want to start a debate here, I did a search and got too much of that already. But I would like to know which would fit my needs better from you guys... Line-X or Rhinoliner? Here's my needs on this:
1. durability, I am going to get lined my wheel wells, bed, and nerf bar
2. appearance, I am sort of going for a matte black type blend and hope to avoid getting custom color added to it. I am sort of hoping for an old muscle car sort of look for my truck so if I can get the wheel wells black (and not that grayish color I see so often) that would be great
3. padding.... I would love it if the lining would provide a bit of cushioning for when someone crawls in the bed
4. price............................................. ..........
