Hey guys, just getting my exhaust headers and a catback magnaflow exhaust on my 2006 ram 1500 laramie. I have a cold air intake anda throttle body spacer. Just wondering what I should be adjusting on my superchips tuner. Should I just program it to performance mode or are there any other settings I should be adjusting?

 

That's pretty much all you can do. Your Superchips has three pre-programmed or "canned tunes". Other than the variables for WOT shift points, tires size,and such,the settings are pretty much fixed. You'll see some performance and mpg benefits as the PCM adjusts to the better breathing and you could re-set it for it to happen faster. Aside from that, you'd need to ditch the Superchips and go with an SCT or straight out custom tune to see maximum benefits...
