Default Power Wagon ????

I have an 07 Power Wagon and am unsure what the proper tire pressure should be. I just got the truck and when i look on the door jam it is telling me for a light load it should be 60 psi front, 45 psi rear. But i swear i saw on the sidewall of the tire that the max psi is 50.
It has the stock Pro-Comp tires on the truck. Anyone know what the proper pressure is for the front and rear tires?

Power wagon with stock pro-comps? I thought they came with bfg all terrains. Anyway the door jamb is what is recommeded by the manufactor, what is on the sidewall is max pressure of the tire. I run whats on the door jamb. That seems like an awful low max psi for a power wagon tire- what ply and load rating are they?

what ive learned is dont over inflate your tire the least bit. my max psi was 50 and i ran them at 56 or 57. the damn belts seperated and now i have lumps in my tires....it bounces and shakes around a good bit now until i get my tires soon.

I will have to get more info on the tires. I thought they were the stock tires. I got the truck used with 9,000 miles on it. So I was assuming they were the stock tire. They are the Pro Comp Mud Terrain. But I am confused if the tire max pressure is 50, how could they recommend 60. I just want to make sure I am not running them under inflated.

The label on the truck is for the BFG ATs that came on the truck from the factory. If you are running Pro Comp MTs, and the tire has a 50 lb max rating on the tire, then thjat is the MAXIMUM to inflate that tire, do not go over 50 lbs. based on what I have heard form other PW owners with similar tires, you should run them at 35 to 40 lbs for normal street driving both front and rear. If you load the truck or pull a trailer, run 45 lbs.

yeah MUDs come stock LOL.

Regardless what the max psi is on veh never exceed the max psi on the tire. Besides different tires have diff recog psi so whats on the truck is based off of the orig tires.

08PowerWagon hit the nail on the head. You should do exactly what he said.
