Default Squeel when turning the wheel AND when not turning wheel

Problem:
-Squeeling when turning wheel
-Squeeling when NOT TURNING wheel (this is what freaks me out)

[I only have 3,400 miles on the odometer, i remember on delivery hearing the truck squeel when the tech drove it up. Do all rams squeel when they turn?? I dont so much mind squeeling when i crank the wheel, but it is now sporadically squeeling even when i DONT turn the wheel, this doenst seem right]

Facts:
-Power steering fluid full
-Power steering fluid apears to be bubbling on top and still on bottom, is this normal?
-I park in a tough spot so i'm forced to crank the wheel to get into it on a daily basis, (I once heard it's bad to turn the wheel all the way, is this still true for american cars?)

Any help is appreciated

by the way, its nice and warm here and this is happening when the truck is warmed up.

Also, the serpentine belt visually looks perfect

Is it an actual squeal or is the power steering just loud in general? Mine is also loud but it doesn't make a squeal like they do when they're going out. I'd bring it to the dealer and have them listen...

take the belt off, make sure you look at how it goes on real good before you take it off cause it can play with your mind when youre trying to put it back on

could be the pullys themselves squealling

Mine squeals too, but it's the tires and it's 'cause my foot's stuck in the injectors . Otherwise, no, it doesn't squeal at all, and yours shouldn't either, 'specially at only 3,400 miles. It almost sounds like something's mis-aligned in the belt path.
