is it possible to replace the rear stock rotors and calipers with the front stock rotors and calipers?

you can't be hauling that much weight (4.7) to need to spend the money on brakes. Now do your fronts only have the one piston calipers? I know the 02 has single piston. My 06 has dual piston.
