This would pose a problem when it came time for emmisions testing.

This would pose a problem as my Hemi is a 4X4.

Maybe a dumb question, but if they're not legal for pollution contolled vehicles (which I don't know of any that aren't) or for vehicles registered for the highway, just what are we supposed to do with them?

 

I'm guessing by 2003, then these would not fit my 2004?

Well, I noticed that when I check for headers on other sites, that the models are split 02-03 and 04-05.
