I am still runnin' the stock exhaust on my 08' Ram 1500 "Big Horn" 5.7L...And in the market for an exhaust...

What is everyone runnin' out there???

Also, when I crawled under the truck, I noticed that there was one huge muffler in the middle of the truck, and another
smaller one right by the tailpipe. When I get my exhaust done, do I want to keep the huge one in the middle? Or the smaller one
near the tailpipe? I don't want to lose any horsepower if I end up taking one of these off...

I will be towing a Toy Hauler and need the HP and Torque...

Magnaflow! Lose the small one, and your new exhaust will replace the big one.

Magnaflows here, as well. Nice rumble at idle, DEFINITE presence under throttle. Just the faintest music at speed. I like 'em!

I have a magnaflow 3 inch in dual 2.5 inch out. A bit loud for what i wanted but overall it works...i MAY change to a flowmaster 50 series. I guess we'll see.

 

I've got flowmaster 40 series on my truck, it sounds absolutely sick at WOT, but drones like all hell at cruising speed. I'll probably be replacing mine when I get the money.

 

Flowmaster 40 Series. Sounds pretty good.
