You guys were right Flapper door was bad It took about 4 hours for them to fix it. Now they are trying to find a rattle I had in the truck from the day I purchased it I just happen to start rattling at the dealer this time it been in 2 times before but each of those times they never heard it do it.

It comming fro the left side bottom of the motor you can hear it in the wheel well but not from the top with the hood up they had to keep it over night and yes I had to pay fro a rental car.

I glad they are fixing it under warranty but paying for the rent a car $40.00 day still not fair.

i bought a used truck that came with that problem and i got it 1000 miles for home. it was a long cold ride home in DEC. i ended up replacing the $32 part myself. Its a 4-6 job pending if you ever taken the dash out of a Dodge before theres about 25 or so screws to take out, have to drop the steering colum and all that happy stuff. After it was all said and done i only had 2 screws left and i knew where that went and they were'nt going back in EVER. The Job it's self isn't hard just time consuming. I had my wife help me pull the big part of the dash out- it was to big for one person to lift out and i didn't want to drag it across the seat.
