so on my 06' 3500 the drivers rear door stoped locking and unlocking and the lights no longer works when the door is opened, a swapped out the door switch/ latch and checked the wiring both are good any one seen any thing like this or have any info that may help thanks.

 

Does the power window work? How 'bout the speaker in that door? If not, it would seem the wiring harness needs some attention. Is that door used a lot? I've heard of the wiring harnesses getting stressed and losing connectivity.

 

If it is still under waranty take it to the stealership, It's their problem. If not check out what Mike said. If everything else works maybe a Door actuator?
