Default Throttle Body Question

Ok I go to start up my truck, and after it has been running at idle for about a minute, the rpm's start going crazy (550-1000) like my truck is going to die. When it does it, only last for about ah minute then goes back to normal. Only does it when I first start it up. It's never done it while I was driving and came to a stop or anything. Check engine light isnt on so I dont tink its to serious. Any Suggestion??

Dirty idle speed motor/throttle body maybe, low fuel pressure, maybe a intermittent problem with the electronic throttle control......hard to say. How often does this happen, every time you start your cold truck or only every once in a while? When it happens does it jump erratically between 550 - 1000 or is it kinda a smooth roll back and forth?

only does it when it's cold and it's not everytime though. The rpm's move slowly back and forth jus wiggles a little bit. Something I forgot to mention is at night time when I put my headlights on and it starts to do it, my headlights kinda dim back and forth.
