I saw these in-channel dudes on ebay, and was wondering if anyone has any expirience or if I would have to be the guinea pig...

ya i got somthing similar to that, they are easy to put on and look good too just make sure the surfaces are clean dry and warm when you put them in the window slot

 

I have never used those. But I have used some that where like that and never had a problem with them. I think that they look better then the kind you have to tape on your truck. This is the link to the ones I have used.

That is a good price for ventvisors....but for those of you who have the ones that go into the channel, how much louder is the wind noise? Our Rams aren't the quietest ride anyway.

 

I have the in channel ones as well. First off, that price is great!! I spent almost $80 for mine (although I do have the Mega).

As far as the wind noise, I don't have a problem with mine. If you listen with no radio and no throttle at 70+ mph, you can hear a slight wind noise.

 

I only use the in channel visors, I hate anything that tapes to the outside of my truck takes away from the clean look.

 

Are the windows bigger on a mega? I was for sure they were the same. And thats why that extra space behind the window makes it longer and more stretched out looking.

 

I have the in-channels and i got mine for like $32 on ebay. The only problem i have with mine is my front driver side one isnt tape inside all the way and the window hits it everytime i roll it up so be extra carefull when putting them on.

 

Oh the rear window is alot bigger on the MC than the QC. Darn back window looks like a panaramic window it is so big.

 

i have in channel i just went to the local parts store can orderd them. i love them and i didnt have to stick amything to the out side of the truck
