just got my power slot rotors in the mail today and I am going to get into the job on Saturday


is there anything you guys may have learned about changing the rotors and pads on our trucks that I may want to know in advance?

also, how the heck to I "break in" my new brakes?

 

make sure you take off the brake fluid cap in the engine bay, then you can use a C-clamp and a block of wood to pust the pistons back into the caliper. It not really a hard job, I had mine changed out in about 1/2 hr -45 mins at the most. To pop off the old rotors you have to remove those little push nut thingsand the caliper bracket and the rotor will pop off..break in directions are on the box

but they look good and they work great takes less foot pressure to stop the truck

Never heard anyone that likes raybestos, meaning worth the money.
