I just installed an K&N intake with an Amsoil air filter (I went with the Amsoil after reading many of your posts here, & the positive reviews).

Is this typical...???
The silicone adaptor part which fits on the TB just slipped right on, I assumed I would have to work with it a bit to snug it on there then tighten it down. But instead, it fits very loose. It tightend down just fine and seems secure though.

I called K&N & they are sending me another one just in case it was a wrong one.
