we replace the carpet in my dad's nissan truck after the hurricane flooded it. I was able to get the molded carpet off of a place on ebay for $125. fit very good considering the price. It was molded to fit his model vehicle so I would say it was the equivalent of a factory replacement. I wouldn't go with the Home depot stuff since it isn't molded. I think it would eventually look like a sock bunching up in your shoe. Sure the weight of your feet will keep it in place but it still wrinkles some times. Unless you can glue it down some how. Look on ebay for it.

I know it's not for a new truck but you could ask if they have it for your year and model.

this one says 02-07

You can rent a steamer and use that to create the form of the floor. Kinda time consuming but works real well and if you like the DIY stuff, gratifying...

You could also put sound deadening mats down instead of padding.
