had my truck dyno'd today
its pretty good I think, I want to get to 350hp and about 400 tq then I'll be happy. Eventually I will have a stroker, but that wont be for a few years; I want to get this truck paid off first.
Thats pretty good. I dynoed mine last summer and all I had was the Corsa exhaust and the Superchips and it was freaking hot out.

What's the specs on the comp 260 cam? Did you get a dyno tune or did you just run to get some numbers? I'd personallybe a little upset with a bolt-on and cammed/slight headworkengine only getting 312rwhp...unless the 260 cam is a baby cam.
the 260 is the smallest comp offers. its more of tq cam than hp, and I wanted tq so thats why I got it; it also will work without tuning and wont throw codes(pretty much the same as a 6.1 cam, only with more tq).I just wanted to get some #'s, truck isnt tuned. I will be getting SCT tuner when I get my economic stimuless check, then I will be able to get rid of this superchip crap. Another thing to keep in mind is the hemi isnt a dyno queen

Yea, at the crank. After the almost 100hp driveline loss your only getting about 260 at the wheels. So that means I now have about 400 hp at the crank..All HP readings from the manufactures are from the crank, not the wheels.

i wanted to have mine dynoed when i got her back but i dont think there is anywhere around here that does that. think i can get 300rwhp with Bored and Honed 5.7 with 6.1 cam an pacesetter lt's headers with 3 1/2 exuast cal an bullydog power pup, 17 inch rims with 3.55 gearing
goodness. . .I didnt think ya'll had that much drive line loss. . .but then again you guy's are running auto's. my stick only has a 45hp drive line loss. . .
I don't know about Dodges but in the Corvette world we figure 15% for a 6 speed and 20% for an auto. looks like it's a little higher for Dodges 345 - 20% = about 70 HP. That would be about 275 at the wheels for an auto. My supercharged Vette puts 473 to the wheels. Still love my Hemi. Most fun to drive truck I've ever owned.
