Well, I just recieved my paperwork from Georgia State consumer affairs office letting me know that they a have reviewed and accepted my case against Chrysler. My 06 4x4 has had vibration problems since new....I've got a lawyer so we'll see how it goes. I don't know my exact court date but it should be in the next couple of months. Anyone have any advice????.....and yes I do have lawyer who specializes in lemon laws[/align]

 

well, get all the paperwork together. make sure you have all your receipts. even maintenance receipts. wear a suit and tie and comb your hair!!! good luck man! i hope you get a new truck or get whatever youre after. keep us updated, yeah?

 

You are aware of the recall and I assumed it was performed a long time ago?

 

Yes, the recall was the first thing they did...they have even put new michellin ltx's on the truck...
