HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. DEALER SAID TO CONTACT CHRYSLER.

 

Check the grounds on your dash wire harness. You will have two sets on the left and two on the right. Also, I have seen this with the IP grounds. Pull your knee blocker panel down (under the steering wheel), and look at the two grounds shot into the metal IP frame. You can pull this down without haveing to remove the screws. The screws will hold it in place and act like a hinge. Grab between the gap in the knee blocker and the steering column shroud.
