Default Back Up Camera

I just install a back up camera but I am having a problem. It came with a hardware kit but it says to install the blue wire to the 12V reverse wire that tells it to come on in reverse but I can not find that wire. Anyone out there installed a camera that calls to to this?

I am guessing thats what it does too. The hardwire kit has 3 wires Hot , Ground, Transmission......... It is suppose to activate camera when you put it in reverse.

yeah that would make sense, transmission is duh, ground is duh, and yeah the hot should hook up to that. Because the only time those lights come on is in reverse. Thats just my 2 cents.

The actual camera is mounted on the license plate in the rear. I like it so far but have to turn it off and on until I can figure out the wire that goes to the transmission to activate it when I put it in reverse.
