I was at the dealer today and seen a 2008 Dodge 2500 4X4 CTD Black Mega Cab LONG BED STOCK from Dodge, the salesman told me they only get a coupleeach year it was Long very long it took me a while trying to figure out why the sign on the window of the truck said SPECAIL I knew it was a 25004X4 CTDbut it took a couple of looks before it hit me that truck a long bed.

If only I had a extra $50000 sitting around I would of grab it my self but to much money for me.

was it a dealer in cali? if it was, my pops was actually gonna go back up there and buy it. he was on some business trip in lancaster or some **** last week. he called me when he saw it and asked if he should get it... lol. lets consult our 20 year old son about a badass truck... hah. he came home and was like "im gonna go back up and get that thing." my mom said no. maybe him and i will sneak up there in the next week

Yeah I saw a custom one a few weeks ago at the 4 wheel parts warehouse...Thing was absolutely sick, but very long!

 

Maybe I'm crazy but I don't think I like the way it looks. Might just need a lift and some bigger tires though.

 

bidding just ended on one on ebay. it was an 06, 3500, 4x4, dually. had a salvage title. i'm guessing it got smashed in the rear (insert homo joke here) and they just cut if off behind the cab and replaced w/ dually long bed/frame components. i've seen an ad for a company out of utah that does the conversion...but for an extra $8k over the cost of the truck...ouch.
